Like many reading this review, I have purchased hundreds of promise filled chopping knives.. However none have lasted any length before being useless So it was by chance I came across Knives & Tools website and the advertised Victorinox Swiss knives. Suffice to say, since their arrival, no onion, carrot, potatoe or other vegetable is safe in their vicinity. Victorinox slices to the finest millimetre- with even taking breath But be warned. Though small in stature the Victorinox is mighty in ability. Each one is so superior in chopping and dicing, that I now wear a metal thimble on my left index finger, just to ensure it too doesnt join the onion that is being diced!!!. Definitely 5++ stars.
