This Spring Vulcano Classic glass lid perfectly completes your 24 cm frying pan. This lid is perfect for the Spring Vulcano Classic 24 cm and the Spring Vulcano Cut Resit 24 cm frying pan. You don't need a lid for very dish. But using a lid does retain the moisture and flavour. Perfect for steaming, cooking, poaching and braising! The advantage of this lid is that you can see through it. The glass enables you to keep a close eye on your dish as it cooks. When you use it on the stove, the plastic knob won't heat up. You can also use the lid in the oven. The lid is heat-proof up to 250 degrees. Keep in mind that if you use the lid in the oven, the knob will heat up. You can turn the knob to decide how much moisture you let out.
