Do you want to sharpen your Zwilling knife? Then use this Zwilling Twin Pro combi stone. Right before use you put the stone 5 to 10 minutes under water, so it can soak full of water. With the 3000-side you can sharpen the edge of an already sharp blade. The 8000-side polishes the edge for a razor-sharp result.
