This **Wüsthof Silverpoint paring knife 12 cm** can be used for all small and medium tasks in the kitchen. From cutting tomatoes, cucumbers and paprika to cutting a freshly made sandwich. This knife is indispensable in every kitchen!


The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!
