Full description
The Naniwa Chocera Pro sharpening stone grain 1000 is a sharpening stone that will help you sharpen and maintain the sharpness of the knives you use most. Knives you use most often also quickly become blunt. That is why it is also often not necessary to sharpen these knives razor-sharp. For outdoor and pocket knives grain 1000 is perfect if you want to sharpen your knife and maintain that sharpness. For kitchen knives the 1000 grit can come in handy if you want to sharpen slightly blunt knives. A kitchen knife, however, doesn't have to do so much heavy lifting. That is why we recommend also using a finer sharpening stone to make the knife even sharper.

saw this on an older DBK YouTube video, they recommended it. Liking it a lot 1000 grit perfect for sharpening, need to get a strop and paste, maybe a 3000 grit in the future for polishing. I have sharp knives again. :)
