Full description
With this Wüsthof Classic santoku knife 14 cm you end up with the pefect knife for the more detailed cutting tasks. Especially developed to prepare Sushi and Sashimi, but it can do much more than that. Finely cutting herbs is also a piece of cake. And because the blade is enhanced with dimples small 'air bubbles' are created. As such food does not stick to the blade.
