The **James Brand The Hell Canyon** is the big brother of the first fixed knife introduced by The James Brand: The Gap. Designed in cooperation with chef, athlete and entrepreneur Chris Cosentino. He needed a knife that needed to be able to help you no matter the circumstances. That is why they combined design and top-quality materials with the design of a more traditional chef's knife. The result is the ultimate chef's knife for outside: incredibly versatile, sustainable and functional, no matter which situation you find yourself in. Whether you use it to cut a piece of wood in half, or to cut an onion for your burrito. With the Hell Canyon no adventure is too crazy and you will always leave home prepared.



 The handle consists of a full-tang construction. This means that the blade and the frame of the handle are made from one piece of steel on which the scales are mounted. The result is an incredibly solid knife. The scales are made from stunning, grey G10. This material looks amazing and is very robust.



The blade is made from S35VN steel. An incredibly popular type of steel that has been used for years on premium pocket knives. Incredibly tough, relatively easy to sharpen and it retains its sharpness well. And now also available on a chef's knife!



As we have grown accustomed to with The James Brand the design is very sleek and stylish. This design philosophy was also used for the kydex sheath. It will protect the knife to make sure you can safely store the Hell Canyon in your car or backpack.
