The Shapton RockStar 60907 ultrafine, J10000 grit, NANO Class, sharpening stone is an ultrafine NANO-class sharpening stone of the Shapton RockStar series. These sharpening stones are made of high-quality white aluminium oxide. This is a synthetic, ceramic material that is incredibly tough, and can accurately be produced in an exact grain size. The result? Very consistent sharpening results! This 10000-grit sharpening stone is a polishing stone that will help you make your knives razor-sharp and give it that mirror shine.
