Full description
The Robert Herder red beech wood turning knife follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This turning knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. It can also be used for various other small cutting jobs. The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from red beech wood, seamlessly attached to the blade with three rivets.
