Are you looking for one sharpening stone to maintain your knives? This 1000/6000 grit sharpening stone is the answer! Are you dealing with very blunt, or even damaged knives? If so we recommend using a coarse sharpening stone first. Take, for instance, the 400 grit side of the 400/3000 combination sharpening stone.
