Full description
The Opinel No. 08 Mushroom knife is specifically designed to cut (wild) mushrooms. Due to the curved blade you can easily cut through the stem. The serrations on the spine of the blade make sure you have enough grip as you look for and cut mushrooms. After harvesting the mushrooms you can clean them immediately with the boar bristle brush at the back of the knife.
