The Ohta FK5 higonokami pocket knife was designed and made by hand by Hiroaki Ohta. This Japanese knifemaker's design bears close resemblance to the famous Higonokami knives. Strictly speaking, it isn't a Higonokami knife because there is only one producer that can use the term Higonokami.

Beautiful little knife! Stropped up and like a razor, UK legal as well. This is perfect for the UK, very low key and non threatening, could see anyone carrying this, a classic take on the higonokami with a touch of gentlemanly class. Well priced for a full custom knife made in Japan by one man. If I can sneak it past my partner I might order the longer ironwood one!
