The **Lex Custom Benchmade Bugout 535 Scales BUTH359 Turtle Smoked Bronze Titanium** are high-quality handle scales to upgrade your Benchmade Bugout 535. This version features a bronze-coloured Cerakote coating and indentations reminiscent of a turtle's shell. Not only does this look great, it also makes the scales extra grippy. These handle scales were milled out to make them nicely lightweight. These scales are compatible with any Benchmade Bugout 535 pocket knife, but not the Benchmade Mini Bugout!

These handle scales are made of titanium, a high-tech material that is lightweight, yet very strong. It is also commonly used in the aerospace industry.



## Instructions for installing your new parts

Installing new handle scales or other accessories is not without risk! Always ensure you have properly fitting screwdrivers and do not force anything to avoid damaging screws or scales. We often place a piece of plastic bag between the bit and the screw to prevent damage. When a screw is stuck, it's important not to force anything. Gently heat up the screw with a hairdryer or give a gentle tap on the back of the screwdriver to break the Loctite.

Please make sure to check the manufacturer's warranty conditions before you get started: some brands will void the warranty if you tinker with the knife yourself. Installing the scales and accessories is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage caused to the knife or the accessory itself.
