The cutlery is made from 18/0 steel. The name refers to the percentage of steel and nickel. In this case it concerns 18% steel and 0% nickel. Because of this composition the cutlery is highly resistant to corrosion. Yes, this is stainless steel. As such the cutlery is dishwasher proof.
