The Amare Knives Folding Creator is a very large pocket knife, designed by Tashi Bharucha. This French designer introduced an amazing chef's knife. A type of mini santoku, but large enough for many different tasks in the kitchen. The handle is cleverly designed. Just like a normal santoku you can easily grab it with a 'pinch grip'. You hold the blade in between your thumb and index finger. As such you have a lot of control over the knife.
