Are your knives in need of sharpening?

The **Zwilling Twinsharp Select pull-through sharpener** with practical anti-slip feet has two slots with sharpening wheels, through which you pull your knives. The knife sharpener is made of stainless steel which makes the knife sustainable and robust. At the same time, it distinguishes itself by its elegant appearance.

 The first slot has steel wheels, which means that this sharpening phase can be compared to the operation of a sharpening steel. Before you start sharpening you first push the edge straight. Because you do not remove any material, you can always do this before you cut. We heartily recommend this!

 In the second phase you start the sharpening. This slot has ceramic wheels in medium fine grit size. This way you sharpen the edge, if only switching on is no longer sufficient. Because you take relatively little material away, it can do no harm to do this with some regularity.

 This pull-through sharpener is specifically suitable for Western kitchen knives because it has a sharpening angle of 17/18 degrees. With this knife sharpener you cannot sharpen Japanese knives at their original angle. Also serrated knives cannot be sharpened with a pull-through sharpener.
