Very speedy delivery and as soon as I opened the box I could tell that I had purchased a set of quality knives. Well balanced, very sharp and the steel puts the edge back on without any bother. It will be interesting to see how long it will be before I have to resharpen any of the knives.

Great knives, very sharp and well crafted. Keep in mind that they may be softer than Japanese knives and the edge doesn't last as long but this gives them the potential to be sharper albeit for a shorter time. Steel it before and after use to keep the edge straight.
