A special anniversary deserves a special anniversary set. You can find out more about Wüsthof’s 200th anniversary here. To make this milestone extra special, Wüsthof has produced this exquisite anniversary set. This set is comprised of two knives: a chef’s knife and a vegetable knife, both crafted in the traditional way. The cutting performance of these knives is truly sublime thanks to their blades of carbon steel with their extremely fine structure and exceptional hardness of 59 HRC. This type of steel requires special care and maintenance since its high carbon content makes it susceptible to corrosion. Therefore, it is important to dry these knives thoroughly before putting them away. If they are not used frequently, we recommend that you gently rub oil on the blades before storing them away. The oil is included in the set. Cutting with these knives is sheer joy.  
  


The handles are made of top-grade palisander wood, which is now mainly used for making musical instruments. Palisander wood has an attractive, unique dark-brown, violet hue. The brass rivets and distinctive trident logo, famous since 1895, make these knives complete!  
  


These knives come in a special gift package, depicting a historical knife-sharpening scene. It includes a brochure containing information about the knives and care instructions. It also includes a bottle of oil for maintaining the blades. This anniversary set is a fabulous gift for all cooks with a sense of tradition. And, of course, that could also be you!  
  


This knife cannot be etched since it is manufactured from high-carbon steel.The result does not meet our requirements.

De jubileumset van Wusthof is een prachtig tradioneel product en zeer scherp. 

Lame au tranchant impressionnant et bonne prise en main. Du matériel de pro et en plus élégant. 
Le manche n’est par contre pas très confortable.
Comme prévu, la teneur en carbone fait que des tâches apparaissent très vite. 
Au moins la solidité fera que la lame devra moins être aiguisée.
Suivis et rapidité excellents de l’équipe de knivesandtools.
