With a Work Sharp system, you can sharpen pretty much anything.

The**Work Sharp Combo Knife Sharpener**is a compact machine for sharpening and maintaining your knives' edges. The Combo Knife Sharpener cleverly combines the well-known electrically-driven sharpening belt with a ceramic sharpening steel in one machine. For sharpening outdoor knives, kitchen knives, pocket knives and even knives with a serrated edge.

 The machine is very stable on the surface. The device has two 'legs' on the side, which ensures a solid and stable whole. Anti-slip buttons are attached to the bottom to prevent the machine from sliding during use.

 ## Combo Knife Sharpener: The sharpening belt

 With the electrically driven sharpening belt, you sharpen knives with an angle of 25° Sharpening the knife in this way is a huge advantage by the flexibility of the belt which ensures a convex edge. This type of edge is stronger than, for example, a straight edge obtained with a sharpening stone. It is also easier to sharpen a knife with a curved blade than, for example, a sharpening stone. The 3M sharpening belt itself is 1.2 cm wide, 25 cm long and has a grit size of P120. Quite a coarse grit. An identical second sharpening belt is included as standard that you can use as a replacement for the first once it is worn out. Changing the belt is very simple. You push the front unit upwards to release the sharpening belt. You can press the top of the three wheels down on this so that the pressure decreases and the grinding belt comes off.

 ## Combo Knife Sharpener: The ceramic sharpening steel

 A ceramic sharpening steel is placed on one of the 'legs' of the Combo Knife Sharpener. This sharpening steel runs a bit, so you always have the right thickness for the knurls on your knife. Moreover, this sharpening steel is perfect for the finishing touch of your knives. Putting your knife on the sharpening steel five to ten times per side is enough for a sharp edge. If the result not completely appeals to you, you can repeat this step a few times until the knife is sharp enough. This ceramic steel is also very pleasant for maintaining the edge. Unless the cut is too damaged, of course.

L'appareil est correct mais hélas, j'ai constaté qu'il n'y a quasiment aucune autre bande de rechange que celles fournies avec l'appareil ! Le choix des bandes différentes est bien plus grand pour le Ken Onion que pour celui-ci est c'est très décevant.

Excellent aiguiseur a compléter par le fusil céramique.

Je pense qu'avec plus d'expérience , ce sera beaucoup mieux parce que c'est simple et facile d'utilisation. Bon achat. Je recommande.
