The **Spyderco Manix 2 Dark Blue G10 S110V** is a special edition of a famous pocket knife. With its ball bearing lock the Manix 2 has been a fixed mark in the Spyderco collection for years. For this Dark Blue collection Spyderco chose a remarkable material for the handle and an exclusive type of steel.




The blade is made from CPM S110V steel. A type of steel which great features when it comes to sharpness retention. The molecular structure of the steel is very fine and tight. As such the edge retains its shape, and sharpness for a really long time. It is quite challenging to sharpen but not impossible with the right tools and a little patience.




The blue handle is the part that gave the Manix 2 Dark Blue its name. Light-weight and rock-solid: G10. Some enthusiasts have described this material as *blurple*. A combination of *blue* and *purple*.

Alles is picco bello, zoals altijd met Knife & Tools.

Enige minpunt van dit mes is dat het lemmet niet gecentreerd is wanneer het mes is gesloten... nu is dit wel vaker het geval met De Golden Colorado USA Spyderco messen en een wel bekende issue.

Deze week niet af van het fenomeen.
Spyderco moet daar wel wat aan doen in mijn mening...

Altijd jammer als je voor meer dan 200€ een niet gecentreerd mes krijgt maar deze was niet erger dan wat ik van Spyderco gewend ben inmiddels.

ein Klasse Messer mit einem Klasse Stahl, mehr gibt es dazu auch nicht zu sagen

Ein Spyderco wie man es erwartet. Der Lock scheint bombenfest, bedienbar, wie alle Messer des Herstellers, top! Ein rattenscharfer Slicer, starkes Gebrauchsmesser und super in der Hand liegendes EDC in entsprechender Größe. Der Stahl erscheint bis jetzt extrem schnitthaltig, ob jedem der Aufpreis für den 110er das ganze Wert ist muß man halt selber wissen, falsch ist er aber definitiv nicht!

Excellent couteau, on n'en attend pas moins de Spyderco.
