Perfect afgewerkt mesje; zoals we gewend zijn van Spyderco. Klein genoeg om altijd en overal bij je te dragen (bijvoorbeeld in het kleine rechterzakje van je spijkerbroek) en groot genoeg voor alledaags gebruik. Of het nou gaat om dozen te openen of om een appel te schillen; om enveloppen te openen of losse draadjes te verwijdere, het is in alle opzichten een zeer net herenmesje waarmee je voor de dag kunt komen. 

Doordat het gehele mes van metaal is, is het wat zwaarder dan met een kunststof heft (denk ik?) maar daardoor ligt het door het ondanks de bescheiden afmeting toch lekker in de hand. 

En de levering is ook zoals we gewend zijn: netjes en veilig verpakt.
En snel!

Es ist ein Spyderco! Das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Es ist solide und ohne jegliches Spiel gebaut. Mit tadellosem Finish. Super scharf (und bei einem VG10 Stahl bleibt das auch so). Es lässt sich bequem in der Gesäßtasche tragen als täglicher Begleiter. Einfach ein super Messer!

Ik had al een Dragonfly ,de H1 salt. Ik wou er eentje met VG10 staal. Voor mij is de Dragonfly mijn favoriete EDC mes. De vormgeving van het handvat is enorm ergonomisch. Het is echt een klein mes voor de grote broertjes niet moet onderdoen. Ik heb het aan een sleutelhanger hangen en vind het zelf in opgevouwde toestand zeer mooi. De RVS versie is iets zwaarder dan FRN Nylon, dus misschien bestel ik ook nog een zwarte met FRN handvat en VG 10 staal. VG10 is beter dan H1 staal, de opmerkingen uit andere reviews kloppen. Een geweldig mes dus, maar dat wisten we al.  

Ik heb dit mesje besteld als een EDC, toen het binnenkwam was ik zo onder de indruk dat ik er nog een heb besteld en de spyderco police (stainless steel, spyderedge) en de spyderco harpy op mijn verlanglijstje staan. 

Minpuntje in de prijs, €60 lijkt me redelijker vanwege het formaat, Knives and Tools is sowieso een stuk duurder geworden. Maar de dragonfly SS is alsnog een echte aanrader
