Always wanted a spyderco knife since I first heard of them. To say the least this knife meets expectations and then some. However it is a little expensive I think, but you do get what you pay for. Overall, this is a start to my spyderco knife collection journey since, I'll be buying another knife from them soon. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Exceptionally well made knife. No movement of the blade in the locked position and the weight, feel and proportions of the knife suit me perfectly. Blade is razor sharp as you'd expect.

I love the knife but it came with one of the hex screws on the g10 scales sticking out because it was cross threaded... because the knife took so long to come I fixed it myself because I couldn't be bothered to wait until I sent it back then waited for it to return again I'm not a really fussy man but for the money I think £150 ish there should be some quality control and if real knife makers made these knifes it wouldn't happen and I would not have to fix the product as soon as it arrives and there was quite a bit of side to side blade play which I had to tighten up myself which again I shouldn't have to do blades for this kind of money should turn up perfect

Best described as a folding fixed blade, too wide for a EDC knife for me. Very good as a easy to hand back pack knife. Full stainless frame adds strength and could help using the hilt as a glass breaker etc... Very good locking mechanism but not possible to close one handed. My favourite Spyderco is a Military G10, 2nd is Paramilitary G10 and 3rd (so far) is the Manix 2 XL, for EDC I suspect the Manix non XL might be the best all round folding Spyderco.
