The**SOG SOGfari machete 18" MC02-N** is an affordable and practical machete. The saw on the back of the blade is remarkable. The dark coating on the blade prevents reflections and makes the whole look very tough. The blade is made from 3CR steel. This type of steel is not stainless so make sure you store your machete in a dry place. The polymer handle offers enough grip. As such you will have control over every situation. The back of the handle is enhanced with a pointy protrusion for pounding or scraping. The included nylon sheath enables you to comfortably carry the machete. Chopping, cutting, sawing, pounding or scraping: this multi-functional machete will be indispensable during any survival or camping trip!

Imposant manchet die ik goed kan gebruiken voor het ruigere werk in de tuin. Had deze alleen wat scherper verwacht.

Een mooie machete die niet echt super scherp is uit de verpakking , ligt goed in hand en de blade is sterk en kleurvast. 
Enkele struiken in de tuin mee weggesnoeid. Zeker een mooie gereedschap tool voor in de tuin. De zaag bovenop is niet scherp. 

Nog niet gebruikt en waarschijnlijk wordt ook niet gebruikt maar fijn om te hebben voor de verzameling. Goede koop.

Niet bijster scherp uit de verpakking maar na hem zelf geslepen te hebben zeer onder de indruk, door duimdikke takken zonder al te veel moeite.

Het zaagblad is niet geslepen, ik gebruik het om stapels takken mee uit de weg te gooien.

Nu na een paar weken gebruik nog steeds heel tevreden.
