The **SOG PowerAccess Assist MT Blackwashed** is a large and complete SOG multi-tool. With 21 tools you will have everything you need to carry out any task. The solid steel handle with strong back lock mechanism for all tools really inspires confidence. The pliers are made from 5CRMOV15 steel. This is a very tough and corrosion-resistant type of steel. The hinge of the pliers is enhanced with serrations to make sure you can apply more force on the pliers. An amazing invention SOG multi-tools are known for. A remarkable function is the magnetic 1/4" bit-holder which is added to the head of the multi-tool. You will find this bit-holder on top of the multi-tool when closed. Thanks to the magnet in the driver you won't be bothered by falling bits. Incredibly practical!

The quality and opening mechanism of the pliers are fantastic, and they and the whole tool feel very solid. It is big and heavy and obviously ment for professional and daily use.

However, the opening of the knives is a bit disappointing. It’s not bad, but I expected much more from a tool marketed with "opening assist." Tools at half the price offer knife openings that are almost as good.

I also managed to cut myself once while opening the knife, but that might just be due to a lack of practice.

The tool includes a knife, a serrated knife, and a saw. However, I realized that I miss having a file. Personally, I would have preferred having only one knife and a solid file instead.

An outstanding piece of equipment. Solid almost to the point where you think it's got stuck. The power assist blades are snappy, the locking mechanism is completely dependable. The fabric sheath is solid, the bit set is great. I prefer stubby pliers instead of tapered but that's me nitpicking.
