The **Smith & Wesson M&P Special Ops Ultimate Survival Knife** is a cool survival knife for an amazing price. For the design the company became inspired by the survival knives that were used by American soldiers during the Second World War. This one, however, is made from modern materials.



The handle, for instance, is made from rubberized polymer. As such you always have enough grip, even in wet circumstances. The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV-steel. Stainless and easy to sharpen, great when out in the field. The end of the handle contains a steel pommel which you can use an improvised hammer.



The knife comes with a plastic sheath with belt loop.

Ik heb onlangs de Smith & Wesson M&P Special Ops Ultimate Survival Knife 7” gekocht hier bij Knivesandtools, en ik ben erg onder de indruk! Dit mes is perfect voor iedereen die houdt van een stoer, militair ogend mes. Het ontwerp ziet er robuust en tactisch uit, wat het ideaal maakt voor survivaltoepassingen.

Het mes wordt geleverd met een handige houder die je gemakkelijk aan je broek of rugzak kunt bevestigen, wat erg praktisch is voor onderweg. Bij de aankoop was het mes echter niet zo scherp als ik had verwacht, maar na een beetje tijd te besteden aan het slijpen, snijdt het nu als boter.

Al met al een geweldig mes voor de prijs. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een survivalmes met een stoere uitstraling!

Pluspunten:

- Na het slijpen extreem scherp

- Mes was niet scherp bij aankoop, zelf moeten slijpen

Groot mes. Niet om zomaar mee op straat te lopen. Ligt wel goed in de hand. Pommel ideaal als notenkraker ...

Its a very beautifull knife overall but it is hard to un sheath it and isnt very sharp.
