i was a bit dubious when i ordered these but i'm now happy i did the small one was ideal to help sharpen my pairing knives and the big one did a great job sharpening my Sainsburys Santoku and Chef Knife

As a newcomer to self sharpening I wanted these to help me get the correct angle for the blade and have found them very helpful. In fact on my largest blade I used them both as it also helped to keep it level. Good advice is to use some tape on your more expensive knives to stop them being marked though.
