Set of 2 pieces of stainless guide rails to sharpen knives on a whet stone in the correct angle.


Set of 2 stainless guide rails to ease sharpening (kitchen) knives on a water stone. You slide them on the back of your knife and keep a constant angle very naturally. The inside of the guide rails has a plastic insert so that the chance of scratching your knife is minimal. To be sure, you can put a piece of tape on your blade to prevent scratches.  
   


The set consists of 2 guide rails. The big one is for knives with a larger blade, while the small one is used on smaller knives. This provides an optimal sharpening angle. The sharpening angle for this product is approximately 17º degrees. This depends on the height and thickness of the blade.

Werkt perfect. Laat wel krassen achter op het mes, tenzij ik iets fout doe.

1 keer slijpen op grove korrel en 1 zijkant is al weggeslepen.

Ziet er goed en degelijk uit maar het het nog niet gebruikt 

Ideaal voor de juiste hoek van het mes te behouden. Bij grote messen 1 keer verplaatsen en nog een keer slijpen.

Voldoet volledig aan de verwachtingen en handig hulpmiddel om de messen vlijmscherp te krijgen. Echt een aanrader
