The **Schrade Isolate Droppoint** is a lightweight, fixed knife with a minimalist design. Since the steel of the relatively thin blade extends all the way throughout the handle, this knife has a very strong construction. Both the blade and the handle feature jimping, so you always have an excellent grip.

The blade is made from AUS-10 steel. A Japanese type of steel that is tough and easy to sharpen. It also retains its sharpness well. Rubber has been added to the handle, so you have a good grip of the knife.

Schrade produces great knives for great prices. That's what they are good at. There are few brands that can compete with these kinds of prices. However, this does mean that the finish might not always be perfect. Not something to worry about, and in line with the prices.

Couteau rasoir au déballage, très bien pour la venaison ou autres découpes.
Etui plastique avec céramique pour aiguisage, ne bouge pas, est bien ajusté.
le manche n'est pas assez épais pour moi, mais il accroche bien, donc ...

Très bon rapport qualité prix, tranchent parfait et l'étui à une très bonne rétention 

Je m'attendais à quelque chose un peu plus lourd mais pour le reste parfait. L'ajout d'un aiguiseur céramique sur le fourreau est un bonus. Pour ce prix c'est un super couteau

Une lame solide, coupe rasoir, un design parfait pour un steak, une balade en forêt ou la chasse...couteau bien fini. L'acier AUS10 a une très bonne réputation. Quelques bémols qui ne remettent pas en cause le remarquable rapport qualité prix de cet outil : étui nul, manche un peu fin et fil de la lame un peu décentrée.
