The **QSP Knife Penguin** is a cool pocket knife with a characterizing sheepsfoot blade. The practical aspect of this shape is that with the tip you can work precisely, while you can also place your thumb on the spine of the blade to apply some more pressure during the more demanding tasks. You quickly open it with one hand with the double thumb stud and because of the linerlock your fingers will be safe.

The blade is made from D2. This is a tough type of tool steel that retains its sharpness well. You can also easily sharpen D2. Do pay attention around moisture and acids: D2 is not as stainless as certain corrosion resistant types of steel. So make sure you clean and dry it after use.

The handle of this knife is made from micarta. A composite material made from textile and synthetic resin. Rock-solid, lightweight and it feels great in hand.

erstaunlich gute Verarbeitung. Massiv u. stabil. Ganz schöner Schneide - Teufel. Schade, diese Version gabs nur mit Daumenpin. Paar Gramm leichter u. legal führbar wäre besser gewesen...

Das Penguin liegt mir nicht ganz so gut in der Hand. Steht dem Parrot aber in nichts nach. Der Flachschliff verleiht der Messer eine tolle Habtik. Vom Jimping und dem Liner Lock wird man nicht überrascht. Ebenfalls ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese tolle Pocket Knife. Der D2 Werkzeugstahl verspricht beständigkeit. Von mir eine ganz klare positive Empfehlung für dieses Messer !

Heb al veel messen maar deze is een van mijn favorieten. Mooi, scherp, ideale vorm lemmet voor dagelijks gebruik. Is een topper.

Voor het geld een uitstekend mesje. Super ergonomisch. De mijne kwam met een beetje een stugge slijperige actie. Maar met 3 schroefjes lag alles uit elkaar en met wat 10w nano olie echt helemaal uitstekend te krijgen. Super fidgity. De blue jeans macarta was ook erg licht en droog, en vlekt snel. Mesje zelf is ook niet met behoud van een soepele actie in het midden te krijgen maar scheelt niet veel. D2 staal is prima, nog geen oxidatie en vlijmscherp kunnen krijgen na intensief gebruik. Een echte gebruiker die soepelt opent en dicht gaat. Voor dat geld een dikke aanrader.
