The **Old Timer Fixed Blade 1135992** is a large hunting knife with a laminated wood handle. Despite the knife's size, the finger grooves in the handle make it very comfortable to hold. The large drop point blade also has a finger groove. Really nice for tasks that require precision. The blade also has jimping on the spine, which provides additional grip while cutting.

The handle of this pocket knife is made from laminated wood. The nickel silver bolsters complete the traditional look. The blades are made from D2 steel. This is a seriously tough tool steel that remains sharp for a long time. Please note, D2 steel is not completely stainless.

The Old Timer Fixed Blade comes with a leather sheath.

## Heritage Series

The designs of Old Timer's Heritage Series knives are based on old hunting knife and traditional slipjoint models. In terms of materials, too, the Heritage Series has gone for tried and tested options. This includes D2 steel for blades and nickel silver for bolsters.

However, this does mean that the finish might not always be perfect. Nothing major, and definitely in line with the prices.

Gezien de schappelijke prijs had ik niet gedacht dat het er zo goed uit zou zien, een geweldig mes! 
Ik heb het voor een goede vriend gekocht en heb het lemmet laten graveren op de rechter zijde van het lemmet (omdat het naamplaatje "OLD TIMER" alleen op de rechterkant van het handvat is) en het ziet er fantastisch uit. 

(Het graveren was trouwens ook goed geregeld, er is email verkeer om er voor te zorgen dat het duidelijk is wat je kan verwachten, echt top.)


Mes zelf voelt zwaar en solide aan, ik ben echt DIK tevreden en ik hoop de ontvanger straks ook. 


Bon tranchant de par son emouture lisse totale ainsi que la relative finesse de sa lame, un look old school et un bel étui cuir, cependant pour sa taille un petit peu trop lourd à mon goût, mais avec un rapport qualité prix aussi bon il ne faut pas être trop exigeant non-plus. 

J'ai eu plusieurs fois l'occasion de commander auprès de Knives and tools. J'ai toujours été extrêmement satisfait des prestations. Que ce soit la qualité des services, la rapidité d'envoi des marchandises et surtout de la qualité des produits. Je ne peux que recommander cette entreprise. Merci à eux.
