The **Mora Eldris LightDuty** is a fixed neck knife. The perfect companion for smaller tasks around the camp, food prep, wood carving or making a one stick fire. A perfect knife to put in your backpack alongside your larger outdoor knife. You can carry it as a neck knife or put it in your jacket pocket.


The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel. The handle is made from polymer, with a TPE rubber finish around the core. Very sustainable and offers you enough grip. Because of the large handle you have optimal grip over the blade. Indispensable when you are carving wood.



## Difference between the regular Eldris and the LightDuty


At first glance both appear to be very similar. The blade thickness, dimensions and materials are the same. The differences are subtle. The LightDuty, for instance, is enhanced with a polished blade and the spine of the blade is not as sharp as that of the normal Eldris. The grind is also different: the normal Eldris is enhanced with a compound grind, with a thin tip. The Eldris LightDuty is enhanced with a full scandi-grind.



The *Mora Eldris* is a perfect knife to expand your wood carving skills at night close to the fire, or for food prep. In addition, it is a great knife to have young individuals get acquainted with outdoor knives.

Sur la foto l article était en noire, décrit comme gris foncé…pas compatible avec un allume feu, mais coupe comme un rasoir 

Es un cuchillo que ya tenía y lo regalé.Pero me gustó tanto que lo he vuelto a comprar.Un cuchillo pequeño pero con un abanico grande de posibilidades y de usos.Es un cuchillo todo terreno,pero lo único que el lomo de la hoja es redondeado y no vale para un firestick.Recomiendo comprar el otro modelo de eldris que si vale para esa función.Un saludo para el equipo de Kniveandtools.Feliz 2025

Excellent couteau et je dirai même que j'ai été plus qu'agréablement surpris à sa réception. L'aspect plastique qui me rebutait un peu n'est pas un problème au final. On a une perception de qualité qui est surprenante. Le rapport Q/P est quand à lui excellent.

Nooit aan toegekomen tot nu. Beetje omdat dit mes 2 keer zo duur is al een Companion en maar net iets meer dan de helft aan lemmet biedt.

Dat lijkt een argunent om 'm niet aan te schaffen. Tot dat je je realiseert dat een Companion gewoon veel te goedkoop is en dit gewoon een verdomd handig klein alle dingen mesje is.
