The **Mora Basic 511 Limited Edition 2022 Carbon** is a limited and all-round outdoor knife. Each year Mora introduces a new Limited Edition. The same quality and usability, but with other colours. This year a combination of: 'dusty blue' and 'dark grey'. This limited edition is only produced in 2022.

## Mora Basic 511 Limited Edition 2022 Carbon blade:

The blade of this limited edition is made from carbon steel. As with all carbon steel blades it is important to properly maintain the blade. Carbon steel is, after all, not stainless and needs to be stored while clean and dry. Carbon steel, however, is often harder than the stainless steel version. As such the knife can be sharpened sharper and will also retain its sharpness longer.

## Mora Basic 511 Limited Edition 2022 Carbon handle:

The handles for the Morakniv Basic collection have been the same for years. The round handle is made from solid plastic with a light pattern for enough grip. The front and the back of the handle are enhanced with protrusions to make sure the handle won't slip from your hand. The colour of the handle for this limited edition version is a combination of grey-blue and grey.

## Mora Basic 511 Limited Edition 2022 Carbon sheath:

The sheath is made from a solid plastic. In the case of this limited version with a unique grey-blue colour. The knife nicely clicks into the sheath. Grooves at the top offer enough grip for your thumb as you remove the knife from the sheath. An opening at the base of the holster allows for drainage of water if needed. The belt clip has a special design. You can, of course, use the belt clip to secure the sheath to the belt, but you can also add another Morakniv sheath. As such you can stack multiple knives from this collection. Practical when you wish to carry a serrated knife and a regular knife at the same time. The easiest way to disconnect the sheaths is turning the top sheath a quarter turn to release the button that secures it.
