The **Mcusta Fusion MC-161D** is a razor-sharp and top-quality pocket knife, made in the Japanese knife capital of Seki. With a total opened length of 19.5 cm, this knife is ideal for EDC use. The aluminium handle fits well in hand, and the recesses offer a comfortable grip. Another advantage of aluminium is that it's very lightweight, so you can hardly feel the knife sitting in your pocket. 

The blade of the Fusion is an amalgamation of superb Japanese techniques. The core is made of Japanese VG10 steel, a fine steel that can be sharpened until very sharp. And they sure can sharpen in Japan, because the Fusion is delivered razor-sharp. The VG10 steel core is laminated between 33-layer nickel Damascus steel. This is then hammered, a technique known as 'tsuchime' in Japanese. 

The Mcusta Fusion is very smooth to open thanks to the double thumb stud and Mcusta's signature nylon washers around the pivot. When opened the blade is locked by a solid linerlock. A special feature of the Fusion is that it only has a steel liner on the lock side. The pocket clip also springs directly from this liner, meaning it is not removable or convertible.
