The **Leatherman Free P2** is a modern and versatile multi-tool. For the Free collection Leatherman decided to return to the drawing board. They started designing a revolutionary multi-tool. A tool that enables you to be free to do whatever you want. That is why: Leatherman Free.



While most multi-tools rely on friction between the parts to keep the tool closed, the Free is different. The frame is enhanced with a magnet that makes sure the frame stays closed. This also means that once the magnet is 'loose', the tool opens smoothly. As such opening it with one hand will be a piece of cake.



All tools can be opened from the outside. With a little practice, this is also easy with one hand. All tools are enhanced with a lock. A version of a backlock. You can also control it with one hand. To keep the tool close it comes with a nice nylon sheath. It also comes with a pocket clip, if you prefer that.

Très déçu 😠. Pince relativement "fragile", ne convient pas à mon utilisation journalière (j'ai donc récemment reporté mon choix sur une "Surge" moins chère et nettement plus adaptée). 
L'accès à une main des "minis outils" ne fait effet que sur la vidéo mais en conditions réelles ce système n'a pas grand intérêt. Impossibilité d'ajouts d'accessoires. 
Je trouve le prix excessif, un rapport qualité prix très moyen.
Reste un multitools "adapté" aux petits dépannages de la vie courante... (pour ma part, une "wave" est un meilleur choix). 

Je suis très content de mon achat. Bonne impression de qualité en main. L’accès aux outils est top. 


Naar mijne mening, de beste Leatherman to date !
Dit is mijne 3de, na de wave en surge deze aangeschaft en wauw wat een verschil nog. Het nieuwe onlock systeem werkt naar mijn mening echt super ! Ook de degelijkheid en stevigheid vind ik verbeterd, ligt ook gewoon super in de hand. Jammer dat de P4 nietmeer beschikbaar was, want had graag die gehad met de 4 tools vanbuiten af bereikbaar. SuperTool echte aanrader! En top service van Kato

Bijzonder fijne multitool én zakmes. Dankzij de pocketclip past deze multitool in je broekzak en heb je niet altijd zo'n holster aan je riem hangen.
Behalve de pocketclip is de multitool gewoon top ontworpen. Door de magnetische sluiting blijft hij gesloten en kun je 'm gemakkelijk openen. Eenmaal open kun je 'm met 1 hand openen en vervolgens vergrendelen door in beide helften te knijpen zodat een tang ontstaat. Hij is dan heel stevig, zelfs steviger dan andere modellen (zoals de Wave die ik al meer dan 10 jaar gebruik) en ook alle accessoires vergrendelen zodat de schroevendraaier nooit meer inklapt als je een beetje scheef kracht zet.

Echt een toppertje en relatief goedkoop!
