The advantage of a ceramic sharpening steel compared to a honing steel is that the sharpening steel really sharpens while a honing steel only straightens small burrs that arose during the use of a knife. The effectiveness of a ceramic sharpening steel is larger and the result is better.

Le top de l'aiguisage, vraiment... j'ai essayé de nombreuses pierres et fusils, et il n'y a qu'avec cette barre Lansky que j'arrive à obtenir un tranchant rasoir.

Apres avoir reçu un exemplaire cassé le SAV Knivesandtools m'en a  aussitôt renvoyé un .
Ce site est pour moi un des meilleurs sites pour acheter des couteaux en toute confiance. 

Excellent fusil, redonne un tranchant en un temps record sur n'importe quel type de couteau. Je ne peu plus m'en passer.
