The **Knafs Lander 00156 Contoured Green Canvas Micarta** is a unique EDC knife with a friendly look. Designed by Ben 'Banters' Petersen, the man behind Knafs. What makes the Lander so unique is how easy it is to replace the scales. This is possible without having to take the entire knife apart. Not only is this nice for knife maintenance reasons, it's also super easy to change the scales. In a collaboration with various artists, Ben designed cool scales. Make your knife entirely your own! Our personal favourite is a combination of a dark blade and Rainbow Trout scales. Or the Mexican Blanket after all? It's a tough choice!

## Blade made from Sandvik 14C28N steel

The blade is made from Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel. Stainless, easy to sharpen and it retains its sharpness well. The blade is locked by a strong linerlock. 

## Green canvas micarta handle

The rounded handle is made from micarta. Micarta is an incredibly strong material that feels great in hand and is also pleasantly light-weight. It is made from canvas and synthetic resin. At first glance the micarta might look a little pale, but after using it, the oils in your hands will make sure the micarta will become darker. It takes over the traces of use, making the knife uniquely yours! 

## About Knafs

The name Knafs might sound a bit strange. But it is basically a different way of saying 'knives'. When you mispronounce the word you often hear 'knifes'. Add a southern accent and 'knifes' soon turns into knafs. Hence the name! You might know Ben Petersen, the owner of Knafs, as the designer of the WE Knife Banter and Civivi Baby Banter. And now he also has his own brand. Knafs!

Selon moi c'est la définition même du parfait edc.

I prefer smaller knives and this does not disappoint. Great materials, great action, blade came very sharp out of the box, and preforms well.
