Instead, it should be carried in places that can be accessed easily, such as around your neck or in your pocket. It comes with a zytel sheath that can easily be attached to a cord or lanyard. The sheath also features a simple click lock system that protects both the user and the blade when the knife is not in use.   
  


The new laminate cobalt steel (for those interested, the composition is: C 1.1%. Cr. 16%. W 0.3%. Mo 1.5%. V 0.3%. Co 2.5%.) is extremely hard, although it is very susceptible to chipping. Another advantage is that this steel can be sharpened to achieve an edge keener than that achieved on other steels, such as VG10 or 3G steel, for instance. The most significant disadvantage is that it is considerably more expensive.

Superbe lame très razoir en sortie de boite, le manche est en genre plastique dur et laisse apparaître une bavure de moulage qui aurais pût être polie. Très content de mon achat , très beau couteau malgré tout.
L'étui possède une très bonne rétention a voir avec le temps.
Merci pour le deuxième l'étui en cuir que j'ai reçu avec.

Om mijn nek zou ik de Kolt niet dragen. De bijgeleverde lemmet beschermer zit steviger dan ik had gedacht, maar het idee dat dit vlijmscherpe mes slechts door een klein plastic nokje op zijn plek wordt gehouden is niet prettig.
Mooi, stijlvol mesje. Jammer genoeg 'scheef' geslepen. Aan de ene kant is de kern van het gelamineerde lemmet veel meer zichtbaar dan aan de andere kant.

mes is SUPER, 1 probleem met sheath die niet voldoende sloot, euvel op zeer korte termijn verholpen, gewoon door een nieuwe toe te sturen!

Sehr scharfes, kleines Gebrauchsmesser ist auch schön leicht, passt aber nicht in jede Hosentasche und um den Hals möchte ich
es lieber nicht tragen. 

Abgesehen von der Kunststoffscheide ein tolles Gebrauchsmesser!
