This knife block contains one empty slot. You can fill this slot with a knife of your choice. The width of this slot is 3 cm, and the depth 14.5 cm. ## Eden Classic Damast series

The [Eden Classic Damast series](/en/ct/eden-quality-classic-damast.htm) is comprised of all conceivable kitchen knives. The blades on these knives have a core of strong and stainless AUS-10 steel, with a hardness of 60 HRC. The edge is razor-sharp and can easily be sharpened. The core has been encased in multiple layers of graceful Damascus steel.  33 layers per side to be exact. As such, including the core, there are 67 layers in total. Because of this combination the kitchen knives are not only incredibly functional, they are also absolute eye-catchers in your kitchen.

The Damascus steel blade seamlessly merges with the stunning black design handle that is comprised of a composite of linen and synthetic resin. The handle and the blade have been connected with the help of three rivets.

## Maintaining Classic Damast kitchen knives

As applies to all top-quality kitchen knives, it is best if you do not put your Eden Classic Damast knives in the dishwasher. It is best if you immediately wash and dry them after use. As a result the unique look and feel and the quality of the knives is optimally preserved.

Bought the Nakiri knife a while back was impressed I bought my father one, holds its edge well and a joy to use , bought my brother the set for his birthday he finds them a joy to use so I bought myself a set too , am very happy with these knives . Well made and great quality 

Prachtige messenset! Zeker wel de mooiste die wij ooit hebben gehad. Afwerking van de messen is ontzettend hoogwaardig, hetzelfde geldt voor het mooie houten blok dat wordt meegeleverd. Zoals je mag verwachten zijn ze echt vlijmscherp en liggen heerlijk in de hand. Zou deze set aan iedereen kunnen aanraden die de eerste stap wilt maken naar professioneel waardige messen voor een relatief zachte prijs!

Zeer tevreden met deze messenset. Eerst was er iets misgelopen met de levering, maar deze werd al snel rechtgezet door de klantenservice. Gewoon super!
