Takes some getting used to, and seasoning the pan,research this as it makes a difference,when seasoned well you will never use another pan, cooks meat like no other, get the pain hot ,flash the chop etc for 2 mins each side then turn down to finish cooking, excellent.,seals in all the flavour,juices etc, as the pan conducts heat so well,enjoy

To be fair its a little too early for this review as I've been spending a fair amount of time trying to ensure the pan is seasoned properly. I've only used it to cook once so far, but that seemed to go well, nothing stuck. Looking forward to trying some steaks soon. There's no doubt its a very solid pan indeed and came at a good price I'd say.

Awesome pan. Heavy but not as heavy as cast iron so can still saute; very good heat distribution; very easy to season and is now very nonstick; got it mind bendingly hot and it didn't warp at all; and handle remained relatively cool; built like a tank. There's nothing I don't like about this pan.
