The **Civivi Baby Banter C19068S** is a compact and practical EDC knife, designed by Ben Petersen. In the pocket knife community Ben is also known as [@ben_banters](https://www.instagram.com/ben_banters/) with his catchphrase: *What iiiiisss up guys!!* He envisioned this large version of the Banter as a pocket knife that didn't need to look like any other pocket knife. People asked him why he didn't release that unique knife. A collaboration with WE Knife was sought, and thus the WE Knife Banter was born. By popular demand, there is now also a smaller version of the Banter: this Civivi Baby Banter.

With only a 5.9 cm blade, the Baby Banter is very modest in size. You have enough grip over the stunning G10 handle. It looks friendly, so you can carry it with you throughout the day, wherever you go. You can easily open it with the thumb stud, and a solid liner lock locks the blade when opened. 

You can discreetly and safely carry the knife in your pocket with the deep-carry pocket clip. As the name suggests, a deep-carry pocket clip keeps the knife deep in your pocket, so it is less noticeable. The blade is made from Nitro-V. This is a relatively new steel with a high nitrogen content, which makes it very corrosion-resistant.

Muy buena navaja para bolsillo, corte súper afilado y muy original el color rojo de la hoja.

Comme souvent avec CIVI, on est plus que satisfait du produit et du rapport qualité prix quasi imbattable.

Ce petit EDC est vraiment l'idéal pour mes besoins quotidiens. (Ouvrir quelques cartons, désagraffer, couper des cordes etc.)

On oublie complètement sa présence dans la poche. Son look est ultra sympa. Sa lame est sérieuse pour un si petit couteau.

Attention, comme son nom l'indique, c'est un mini couteau. Il a donc les défauts de ses qualités. N'espérez pas faire des coupes difficile avec. Il n'est pas prévu pour.

Bref c'est l'EDC idéal pour les petites coupes de tous les jours.

Que dire de ce modèle iconique ?
Une très belle action, la lame se referme bien, y compris en la poussant avec l’index, ce qui n’est pas évident sur tous les modèles. Sa forme tout en ventre est très utile pour beaucoup d’application. Le revêtement rouge est original mais comme tous les revêtements il s’abimera avec le temps. Pour l’instant, je dirais qu’il est au moins aussi bon que le cerakote de Benchmade. Comme pour tous les civivi, le vrai reproche que j’ai à faire à ce couteau, c’est le jimping sur la barre de verouillage, qui est vraiment trop agressif et use le pouce si on veut fidget pendant un moment, et ça coûte une demie étoile sur l’évaluation.
Pour un si petit couteau, l’ergonomie est exceptionnelle, le tranchant très très fin, le clip spécifique au modèle (rare chez civivi) fonctionne très  bien.

Très bon petit edc ouverture fluide lame de couleur rouge originale, complète ma collection de pliant. Service performant de la part de knivesantools.

Aucune surprise, assemblage impeccable, ouverture maîtrisée. Finition à la hauteur.
