With this Boska cheese slicer Milano you can cut the finest cheese slices. It is made to cut slices of semi-hard and hard cheese, such as younger Edam cheese, Emmentaler cheese or Gruyere cheese. But secretly it can also get along with young and old cheese very well. Partly thanks to the special anti-slip function of the cutting blade. A true all-rounder, which, for good reason, has already come out a clear best from the test.

 The Milano cheese slicer from the Boska Pro Collection has a stainless steel blade and a plastic handle. The blade has a so-called Amitto finish to make sure that it is "stick-resistant". As such you will not be bothered by slices of cheese that stick to the blade. Also practical: the flexibility of the blade. So you set the desired thickness of the slice yourself. Na veel positieve reviews gelezen te hebben over deze Boska, heb ik deze ook besteld nadat onze oude schaaf kapot was. Eerlijk is eerlijk, het is een super fijne schaaf. Ik ben nu voor het eerst in mijn leven in staat om onze kaasbonk, ook ongehavend in de koelkast terug te leggen.
Schaaft redelijk dun, maar vindt dit niet zo erg. Je kunt dan eenvoudig wat extra plakjes schaven.

De kaasschaaf blijft teveel plakken aan wat vettere kaas

Had al eerder dit product gekocht bij kaasafdeling supermarkt. Jaren plezier van gehad, maar houten steel scheurde. Op zoek naar nieuwe, kon ik deze nergens meer vinden, dus bij blokker een andere kaasschaaf gekocht. Dit bleek een waardeloos ding. Zelfde avond nog op internet gezocht naar de beste kaasschaaf en kwam weer op deze uit. Blij dat ik er weer een heb. 

Echte allrounder; snijdt ook moeiteloos jonge kaas. Dus geen scheurend stuk kaas of plakken die blijven kleven. Voor mij de beste!
