When I opened the box with the knife I was struck in awe, at that price the knife was big and well-built. It was a little dull from the box but I easily sharpen it. Generally I like it.

A great knife for £25. It didn't seem overly sharp out of the box (zero chance of it passing the "arm hair shave test"), but does fine with thick cardboard. One of the liners was slightly unevenly cut at the point where it protrudes out the bottom. Both of them were also scratched at that location. That's quite a minor aesthetic flaw that is only noticeable to someone who carefully examines the knife. The rest of the knife is exactly what you'd expect from a quality brand like Boker. The action is very smooth and effortlessly allows the knife to be flicked open. Visually, the knife is pretty nice to look at (although the pictures make it look slightly higher end that it really is). All-in-all, there's very little to complain about for a knife at this price point.

Very happy with my Böker Magnum Forest Ranger 01MB233 pocket knife. Well made, solid and sharp out of the box. Feels heavy and fills the hand nicely. The grey blade and matching bolster look good in my opinion against the contrast of the wooden scales. The blade opens very smoothly with no looseness in the hinge pin. For the cost I don't think you could get any better value. GR.

Knife arrived missing a screw which held the wood finish to the Knife handle. Knivesandtools couldn't supply the missing screw so offered me a 50% refund. Generous but knive is pretty much useless. Tried sourcing the screw from Boker direct, but they couldn't help and put me in touch with a distributor in the UK who then accused me of possessing an illegal Knife. Needless to say, not a good overall experience and have given up.

Sturdy, very sharp and easy to open one handed. Blade locks so should not carry in England unless occupation requires it as part of tool kit. Very happy with purchase
