The **Wüsthof Silverpoint salmon knife 29 cm** is the cream of the crop when it comes to good salmon knives. The 29 cm long flexible blade ensures that you can fillet a large fish with one single movement. The low blade ensures that the slices of salmon are not torn in half because they stick to the blade.


The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Gekocht voor het snijden van een serranoham; bij de ham zat ook een mes maar dit was complete bagger. Erg goede aankoop waarmee de ham gemakkelijk gesneden werd.
Ik hoop hem in de toekomst ook te kunnen gebruiken voor het snijden van gerookte zalm.

Een uitstekend mes dat prima zijn werk doet. Misschien werken de, veel duurdere, gegolfde messen nog veel beter. Voor mij, als hobbykok, heeft dit mes een prima prijs- kwaliteitverhouding. Een aanrader!!!
