Expectations
I have used this knife for over 30 years and this was my third time buying one and this version is absolutely rubbish compared to the two previous versions. Different steel about half the weight and it’s starting to dull after a few weeks of use. Buyer beware, if this is how wusthof are making their knives now they are over priced for the quality.
