Full description
The Wüsthof Epicure Santoku with dimples is a true all-rounder in the kitchen. The Santoku is a Japanese chef’s knife, named after the three applications in the kitchen: slicing, dicing and chopping. A Santoku is great when you are preparing meat, fish and vegetables. The dimples ensure that air comes in between the blade and the product that is being cut so that it won’t stick to the surface. With the high blade you can immediately ‘scoop’ the cut products in the pan.
