With this Wüsthof Classic santoku knife with dimples 17 cm you end up with the perfect knife for the more detailed cutting tasks. Specifically developed to prepare Sushi and Sashimi, but it can do much more than that. Finely cutting herbs is also a a piece of cake. Because the blade is enhanced with dimples, small air bubbles emerge. As such food does not stick to the blade.
