Wanted the knife The Pioneer Woman used on her TVs programme and discovered it was this knife.Extremely nice to use, nice weight for ladies and gents alike and beautifully sharp.The dents in the knife do make it easier to slice through meat and vegetables,I would highly recommend this knife.
