It is for a reason that the Wüsthof Classic collection is the most popular amongst the wide range of Wüsthof knives. Each knife is sold separately and meets the highest possible demands. Each Classic knife combines a forged blade with a handle made from black POM, an extremely sustainable type of plastic. The handle can withstand any type of substance you could possibly find in the kitchen and seamlessly merges with the blade. Without any leeway, of course.


The forged chromium-vanadium-steel (X50CrMoV15) blade is razor-sharp. Each knife is sharpened with laser techniques and precision until it is razor-sharp. After thorough inspection each knife leaves the production line, ready for a life of intensive use. Both amateur and professional chefs use these kitchen knives on a daily basis. They have been enhanced with the NSF hygiene marking.
