The WMF Grand Gourmet Chinese cleaver is the real deal! This large cleaver is perfect for cutting small bones, or for chopping up a pumpkin, for example. Due to the relatively heavy weight, it won't take a lot of effort. With the extra high blade, you easily scoop up the chopped pieces. The blade is shaped like a Chinese chef's knife, but its blade thickness and weight are more similar to a cleaver.
