Absolutely superb knife, unbelievably sharp. Perfect weight in the hand, perfect size. Holder protects the blade and the user. I would highly recommend. The price from Knives and Tools is very competitive. I would certainly recommend and will buy from them again, excellent range of premium products. Delivery (via UPS) needs to be improved, should have been within 2-3 days from the Netherlands but took over 2 weeks from date of shipment???
